Microsoft Project Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Planning & Scheduling : Create, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project. This includes defining project timelines, allocating resources, setting task dependencies, and managing project budgets.

- Resource & Workload Management : Effectively manage project resources and analyze workloads to ensure efficient utilization and project success.

- Client Partnership : Partner with clients to identify opportunities for stability improvements and drive their implementation.

- Incident Management : Lead incident restoration efforts and perform regular application maintenance and health checks to ensure system stability.

- Root Cause Analysis : Identify and document the root cause of issues, and backtrack to the source to find and implement resolutions.

- Agile Participation : Actively participate in agile practices, including daily stand-ups, demonstrations, grooming, and solutioning sessions.

- Reporting & Communication : Generate project reports and dashboards for stakeholders and team members. Use strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to ensure project goals are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : 6+ years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Project for scheduling, resource management, and project tracking.

- Proven experience in creating, managing, and maintaining detailed project plans.

- Experience in resource management and managing task dependencies and milestones.

- Experience in generating project reports and dashboards.
