Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, customizations, integrations, and application development.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Customize Dynamics CRM entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and processes.

Develop custom solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, and custom workflow activities.

Build and customize applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.

Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications using APIs and integration platforms.

Work with Dataverse, REST APIs, Web APIs, and OData.

Configure security roles, business units, teams, and access controls.

Perform data migration, integration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.

Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

Participate in technical design, code reviews, and solution documentation.

Follow Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform development best practices.

Required Skills

510 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.

Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM customization and development.

Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, workflows, and APIs.

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Strong understanding of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 data models.

Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations and data migration.

Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based integration is an advantage.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
