Role Overview :

As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer, you will serve as a technical anchor for complex CRM implementations and custom development projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, and key stakeholders, to translate intricate business requirements into high-performance technical solutions.

Your daily contributions will directly influence the scalability and efficiency of our clients' CRM ecosystems, ensuring that the platform remains a reliable engine for their business growth and customer management strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop complex custom plugins and workflows to extend the core functionality of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for enterprise-grade requirements.

- Design and implement seamless integrations between CRM and external systems using robust Webservices and API-driven architectures.

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices in C# and .NET environments.

- Deploy and manage CRM solutions within Azure cloud environments to ensure high availability, security, and scalability for global users.

- Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to troubleshoot critical issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions for complex technical hurdles.

- Mentor junior developers by conducting code reviews and promoting engineering standards that improve overall team output and system maintainability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions with 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in the ecosystem.

- Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET development, with a proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for server-side logic.

- Strong command over Azure cloud services and their integration with CRM platforms to build modern, cloud-native applications.

- Proven ability to design and consume Webservices (REST/SOAP) to facilitate complex data synchronization across enterprise platforms.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead technical discussions in a collaborative environment.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation in software engineering principles.

- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or on-site model in Chennai, demonstrating high adaptability to evolving project needs and team dynamics.
