Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Architect

Description :

This is a pure technical leadership role focused on the backend, platform, and engineering side of D365.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical architecture design : Define architecture using: X++ (core programming language) . Azure cloud services.

- Integration & APIs : Design and manage APIs, microservices. Ensure seamless communication across systems.

- DevOps & performance : Implement CI/CD pipelines. Optimize system performance and scalability.

- Development leadership : Guide developers on coding standards, best practices Review code, ensure quality.

- System governance : Ensure security, performance, and maintainability.

- Cloud & DevOps Implement : CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps strategies. Automate deployments and

environment management.

- Development Governance : Define coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews and enforce quality.

- Security & Compliance : Implement role-based security. Ensure system reliability and data protection.

- Technical Strategy & Architecture Ownership : Define enterprise-wide technical architecture strategy for D365 implementations.

- Act as technical authority across integrations, cloud, data, and DevOps. Establish architecture principles, standards, and reusable frameworks. Evaluate Microsoft roadmap and align solution with future capabilities.

- End-to-End Technical Solution Design : Design scalable, secure, high-performance D365 solutions. Own technical design for customizations, extensions, and integrations.

- Define : Extension-based architecture (avoiding overlayering) Reusable components and frameworks. Lead technical design workshops and architecture review.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with: Functional consultants, Business analysts, DevOps teams, Translate business requirements into technical solutions and Bridge gap between business and engineering teams.

- Risk Management & Troubleshooting : Identify technical risks early and define mitigation strategies. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for critical issues. Resolve complex production issues and incidents.
