Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration strategy and execution for ERP implementations.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data migration frameworks, ETL processes, and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, with the ability to lead teams and ensure seamless data transition with high accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end data migration activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations

- Define and execute data migration strategy, roadmap, and governance framework

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze legacy data, mapping, cleansing, and transformation requirements

- Design and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes

- Ensure data quality, validation, reconciliation, and accuracy throughout migration cycles

- Manage mock migrations, cutover planning, and final data load activities

- Identify and mitigate data risks, issues, and dependencies proactively

- Lead and mentor a team of data migration specialists and coordinate with cross-functional teams

- Work closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and business users to ensure alignment

- Document migration processes, standards, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8 to 13 years of overall experience, with significant exposure to Dynamics 365 F&O data migration

- Strong knowledge of data migration tools, frameworks, and methodologies

- Hands-on experience with Data Management Framework (DMF), LCS, Azure Data Factory, or similar tools

- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes

- Experience in data mapping, data cleansing, and reconciliation

- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)

- Proven experience in leading teams and managing stakeholders

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 F&O implementations

- Exposure to Azure cloud services and integration tools

- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (preferred)
