About the Role :

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will develop advanced Power Pages portals, complex plugins, webhooks, and API-driven integrations. This role requires hands-on experience in .NET development, JavaScript customizations, and building scalable Dynamics solutions with strong understanding of architecture, security, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions

- Build advanced Power Pages portals and UI customizations

- Develop plugins, webhooks, and JavaScript-based customizations

- Design and implement .NET-based Dynamics extensions

- Create API strategies and REST-based integrations

- Implement integrations with external systems and services

- Perform data migration between Dynamics and other platforms

- Develop reporting solutions using SQL Server and SSRS

- Ensure security models, compliance, and data governance standards

- Collaborate with stakeholders for solution architecture

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

- Participate in solution design and implementation discussions

Technical Skills & Qualifications

- 6 to 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics development

- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform

- Hands-on experience with Power Pages development

- Experience in JavaScript customization and client scripting

- Experience in plugin and webhook development

- Proficiency in .NET development for Dynamics extensions

- Strong understanding of Dynamics architecture and CRM concepts

- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate

- Experience with REST API integrations and Azure services

- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SSRS

- Experience in integration and data migration

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
