Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, and enhance CRM solutions for a large telecommunications organization.
The role focuses heavily on Customer Insights and Customer Journey orchestration, working closely with cross-functional scrum teams to deliver scalable, data-driven CRM capabilities that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Role Purpose :
To build, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that enable intelligent customer insights, personalized customer journeys, and seamless CRM operations aligned with telecom business requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
Dynamics 365 Development & Customization :
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Customize entities, forms, views, workflows, and business rules to meet business needs.
- Develop and manage custom entities and extensions within the Dynamics 365 platform.
Customer Insights & Journey Orchestration :
- Configure and enhance Customer Insights to unify customer data from multiple sources.
- Design and implement Customer Journeys to support personalized and automated customer engagement.
- Optimize customer data models and segmentation strategies for marketing and service use cases.
Integration & Data Management :
- Develop and manage API integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
- Perform data migration, data mapping, and data transformation activities.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across CRM systems.
Application Development & Support :
- Develop solutions using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server in the Dynamics ecosystem.
- Collaborate with scrum team members including product owners, QA, and business analysts.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
Agile Delivery & Collaboration :
- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure solutions adhere to coding standards, security best practices, and platform guidelines.
Required Experience and Skills :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development.
- Strong understanding of Customer Insights and Customer Journey capabilities within Dynamics 365.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
- Experience with API integrations, data migration, and custom entity development.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
