We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Consultant to design, develop, customize, and support CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Service, Power Platform, integrations, customization, and end-to-end implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Develop and customize:

1. Entities / Tables

2. Forms and Views

3. Business Rules

4. Business Process Flows

5. Workflows

6. Business Process automation

- Develop solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.

- Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications using REST APIs, Web APIs and Azure services.

- Develop plugins, custom workflow activities and JavaScript-based customizations.

- Work with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.

- Manage security roles, business units, teams and access permissions.

- Perform data migration, data cleansing and integration activities.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.

- Participate in solution design, development, testing and deployment.

- Prepare technical documentation and support deployment across environments.

- Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders and development teams.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.

- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

- Experience with Dataverse.

- Strong experience in Power Platform:

1. Power Apps

2. Power Automate

3. Power BI

- Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins using C#/.NET.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS for CRM customization.

- Experience with Dynamics 365 Web API / REST API.

- Experience with integrations and third-party systems.

- Good understanding of CRM security model and solution management.

- Experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD is preferred.

- Strong SQL knowledge and experience with data migration.
