Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) technical consultant to support ongoing ERP development, customisation, and optimisation across a multi-entity, multinational organisation.

Our business operates across multiple regions (the Middle East, India, Asia, and Europe) and requires a developer who can operate in a technical capacity, with a deep understanding of ERP business processes, particularly within trading/manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customise solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL language)

- Enhance and maintain ERP modules across :

1. Sales & Purchasing :

2. Inventory & Warehousing :

3. Finance & Costing :

4. Pricing & Approval Workflows :

5. Manufacturing & Assembly :

- Support multi-entity setup and intercompany processes

- Implement and refine :

1. Approval workflows :

2. Reporting (Sales Orders, Purchase Forecasts, etc.) :

3. Document customisations (SO, PO, COA, invoices) :

- Customise dashboards, reports, and user interfaces based on business and user requirements

- Handle ad-hoc system customisations and enhancements aligned with evolving operational needs

- Work on data structure improvements, including :

1. Item master data :

2. Product categorisation :

3. Pricing frameworks :

- Support integration with :

1. Power BI :

2. External tools and APIs :

- Troubleshoot system issues and optimise performance

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, Technical)
