Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Developer to join our growing engineering team in Bangalore. In this capacity, you will serve as the technical backbone for our ERP ecosystem, designing, developing, and maintaining complex customizations that drive operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, project managers, and key business stakeholders to translate intricate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Your work will directly influence the scalability of our internal processes and the quality of service we deliver to our global clients, ensuring that our D365 environment remains agile, secure, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-quality extensions using AL language to meet evolving business requirements and optimize existing workflows.

- Integrate Business Central with external applications and third-party systems by building and consuming secure Webservices to ensure seamless data flow across the enterprise.

- Extend the capabilities of the ERP platform by leveraging the Power Platform suite, specifically Power Automate and Power Apps, to automate manual processes and enhance user productivity.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and performance tuning to maintain system stability and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely resolutions that minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL and C/AL.

- Proven ability to design and manage RESTful and SOAP Webservices to facilitate complex system integrations.

- Strong proficiency in the Power Platform ecosystem, with a focus on creating automated workflows and custom connectors that bridge gaps between ERP and peripheral tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and project teams.

- A collaborative mindset that thrives in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent development tasks with active participation in team-based sprints and agile ceremonies.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
