Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central professional to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will serve as a technical and functional bridge, translating complex business requirements into robust ERP solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, internal stakeholders, and global clients to design, develop, and deploy scalable customizations that streamline organizational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement end-to-end solutions within the Dynamics 365 Business Central environment to drive operational excellence for our clients.

- Develop custom extensions and modifications using AL programming to enhance system functionality and meet specific business process requirements.

- Lead the migration and upgrade processes from legacy Navision or NAV environments to the latest Business Central versions to ensure data integrity and system continuity.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and project managers to translate high-level business goals into technical specifications that deliver measurable value.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and post-implementation support to resolve complex technical bottlenecks and optimize system performance.

- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation to ensure long-term system maintainability and knowledge sharing across the development team.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in developing and deploying complex customizations using AL, with a deep understanding of the Business Central and NAV architecture.

- Strong analytical ability to map intricate business processes into ERP workflows, ensuring the solution supports long-term scalability.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage client expectations effectively in a remote environment.

- Proven track record of managing full-cycle ERP implementations, showing a high degree of self-discipline and accountability while working in a distributed, remote team.

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a solid understanding of modern software development lifecycles.

- High adaptability to evolving project priorities and a proactive approach to learning new modules and features within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
