Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform AI Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, configuring, testing, and deploying AI-powered conversational solutions. The stakeholder is particularly focused on candidates who can demonstrate practical, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio and its key concepts during the interview.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom copilots/agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Configure topics, triggers, entities, variables, prompts, adaptive cards, and Generative AI capabilities.

- Build conversational experiences using Generative Answers and enterprise knowledge sources.

- Integrate Copilot Studio with Dataverse, Power Automate, Dynamics 365, REST APIs, and Azure services.

- Develop Power Automate flows for backend automation and business processes.

- Implement custom connectors and API integrations.

- Configure authentication, permissions, security roles, and access controls.

- Design Grounding/RAG solutions using enterprise data and approved knowledge sources.

- Implement fallback, escalation, error handling, and human-agent handoff.

- Perform unit/integration testing, UAT support, and production deployments.

- Monitor copilot performance and continuously improve responses and user experience.

- Follow Power Platform ALM, governance, security, and environment-management practices.

- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, deployment guides, and support documentation.

- Collaborate with BAs, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

- Experience building and configuring custom Copilots/Agents.

- Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

- Experience with Generative Answers, Generative AI, Grounding, and RAG.

- Experience integrating REST APIs, Azure services, Dynamics 365, and custom connectors.

- Understanding of authentication, security, permissions, and Power Platform governance.

- Experience with testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with enterprise AI/GenAI implementations.

- Knowledge of Azure AI services.

- Experience with Power Platform ALM and CI/CD.

- Microsoft Power Platform / Copilot Studio certifications are an advantage.
