Microsoft Certified Trainer - .Net Technologies

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) to deliver high-quality corporate training programs focused on .NET and Full Stack Microsoft technologies. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy teaching, mentoring developers, and driving impactful learning experiences across enterprise clients.

You will play a key role in enabling technical professionals by delivering hands-on training, developing curriculum, and ensuring strong learning outcomes through structured assessments and real-world coding practices.

This position involves Pan-India travel to conduct corporate training sessions at client locations.

Key Responsibilities :

Training Delivery :

- Deliver engaging instructor-led training on Microsoft technologies including : C#, ASP.NET/ ASP.NET Core, MVC Architecture, Entity Framework, SQL Server, Angular, Microsoft Azure

- Conduct classroom and corporate training sessions for developers at different skill levels

- Provide hands-on coding demonstrations and real-world implementation guidance

Curriculum Development :

- Design and enhance training curriculum, course outlines, and learning paths

- Create presentations, assignments, labs, and coding exercises

- Develop structured learning materials aligned with industry standards

Assessment & Learning Support :

- Evaluate trainee performance through quizzes, coding exercises, and projects

- Provide debugging assistance and technical mentoring

- Offer constructive feedback to improve learner outcomes

Quality & Program Excellence :

- Maintain quality standards across training content and delivery

- Build quality control frameworks for training effectiveness

- Continuously update content aligned with latest Microsoft technologies

Collaboration & Documentation :

- Work with SMEs, trainers, and content teams to improve training programs

- Maintain training reports, attendance, and learner feedback documentation

- Support continuous improvement initiatives

Travel :

- Travel across India to conduct corporate training programs at client locations

Mandatory Requirements :

Experience :

- Minimum 4+ years of corporate training experience delivering .NET technologies

- Proven experience training developers in enterprise or corporate environments

- Experience designing technical curriculum, assignments, and assessments

- Hands-on experience mentoring learners and resolving coding challenges

Certification :

- Valid Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification (Mandatory)

Strong expertise in :

Professional Skills :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Mandatory Conditions :

- Must be willing to travel across India (Pan-India travel required)

- Must own a personal laptop for training and development purposes

- Must be willing to commit to a 2-year employment bond

Preferred Background :

- Experience with IT learning solutions companies or corporate training organizations

- Exposure to consulting or enterprise training environments

- Certifications in Microsoft Azure or advanced .NET technologies

- Familiarity with online learning platforms and modern training methodologies
