Job Description :

Role Responsibility :

- Support the current SD footprint

- Analyse and solve the SAP SD issues

- SAP SD process configuration

- Update and maintain all SAP SD functional documentation

- Analyse and scope end user authorization roles

- Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and system Integration security test

- Proactively proposing solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes

- Support the business team with issues and provide a solutions based approach

- Get ABAP developments done through ABAP Programmer as per business requirement

- Provide training to end users

- Prepare documentation like User Requirement Specification, Functional Requirement

- Specification, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance Qualification, User Manuals Essentials

- 4+ years of Overall experience with 5+ years strong domain experience in Indian

Manufacturing industry :

- 4+ years of implementation, rollout & support experience in SAP SD

- Possess a strong knowledge and experience in SAP Configuration of SAP SD

- Good knowledge of integration of SAP SD module with FI, MM, PP, QM, PM

- SAP or Domain experience in Pharmaceutical Industry is compulsory.

- Good experience in GST, TDS, Indian Taxation

- Engage with business heads & users to identify and define solution requirements.

- Provide training to the end users.

- Experience in working on enhancements using User Exits / BAPIs / BADIs

- Get ABAP developments done through ABAP Programmer as per business requirement

- Good at multitasking.

- Participating in resolving technology integration problems.

- Prepare documentation like User Requirement Specification, Functional Requirement

- Specification, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, Performance

Qualification, User Manuals :

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written are must

- Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently.

- Must be a team player.

Educational Qualification Required :

- Any bachelor degree.

- Nice to have SAP certification.

Working Location :

- Corporate Office, Bangalore

Working Days :

- 6 days a week

- One day in a week WFH is available

- Second & Third Saturday is an holiday
