Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant with 35 years of hands-on experience in SAP TM implementation and support projects.

The ideal candidate should have been involved in at least two end-to-end SAP TM implementations and possess strong functional expertise in transportation management processes.

Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions to meet client business requirements across SAP and S/4HANA landscapes.

- Analyze existing transportation and logistics processes and recommend system and process improvements using SAP TM best practices.

- Lead design workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

- Manage end-to-end SAP TM project activities including solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, rollout, and post-implementation support.

- Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, EWM, and third-party systems.

- Provide functional expertise to resolve SAP TM-related issues and mentor junior team members.

- Support various complex and industry-specific TM scenarios including shipper, LSP, and carrier models.

- Assist in defining test strategies, executing test plans, and ensuring successful system delivery within project timelines and budgets.

- Collaborate with sales teams to support presales activities, including proposal preparation, effort estimation, and SAP TM capability presentations.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP TM features, enhancements, and transportation management trends.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) implementation and configuration.

- Strong understanding of transportation management processes and logistics best practices.

- Proven experience in business requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder communication.

- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementation, support, or upgrade projects.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams.

Good to Have :

- SAP TM certification.

- Experience with embedded SAP TM in S/4HANA environments.

- Strong understanding of transportation management processes and best practices.

- Willingness to continuously upskill through technical and leadership training programs.
