Description : MetaHuman 3D Artist & Real-Time VR Developer (Unreal / Unity / Blender)

Location : Gurugram (On-site Only)

Role Overview :

We are hiring a MetaHuman 3D Artist & Real-Time VR Developer who can build ultra-realistic human characters and integrate them into production-ready real-time systems.

This is a dual-role position combining :

- Realistic 3D Character Design (MetaHuman / Technical Artist)

- Real-Time Development (Unreal / Unity / VR Environments)

Candidates may come from a design or development background, but must be comfortable working across both 3D asset pipelines and real-time engine workflows.

Role Responsibilities (3D / MetaHuman / Technical Artist & AR/VR Development ) :


- Create ultra-realistic MetaHuman male and female characters

- Develop anatomically accurate humanoid builds

- Manage skeletal systems, bone hierarchy, and skin weights

- Configure facial rigs, blend shapes, morph targets, and visemes

- Ensure natural facial deformation and realistic expressions

- Implement subtle micro-expressions and lip-sync accuracy

- Blend skeletal and facial animation systems

- Prepare optimized character assets for real-time engines

- Implement character logic in Unreal (Blueprint scripting)

- Develop animation systems in Unity (C# scripting)

- Integrate real-time microphone capture

- Implement audio analysis (RMS, amplitude detection)

- Drive facial animation using real-time audio input

- Optimize performance for VR and interactive deployments

- Manage Unity WebGL builds and browser integration

- Maintain clean source control and technical documentation

Required Skills :

- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience

- Strong 3D fundamentals (modeling, topology, UV mapping, lighting, materials)

- Deep understanding of human anatomy and realistic character build

- Experience with skeletal systems, rigging, and skin deformation

- Facial rigging, blend shapes, morph targets, viseme systems

- Proficiency in Blender

- Working experience in Maya

- Unreal Engine (Blueprint scripting, animation systems)

- Unity (C# scripting, animation controllers)

- Real-time character animation and optimization

- Lip-sync and audio-driven animation systems

- Advanced MetaHuman workflows

- VR deployment experience

- WebGL build optimization

- JavaScript / TypeScript integration

- SDK or API design experience

- Strong attention to detail and realism

Work Expectations :
