Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Dayforce Payroll Consultant / Lead to drive end-to-end payroll transformation and implementation initiatives across global regions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dayforce Payroll, HRIS/HCM ecosystems, workforce management, and global payroll operations with strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.

The role involves leading large-scale payroll transformation programs, managing multi-country implementations, ensuring statutory compliance, and delivering optimized payroll solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Dayforce Payroll implementations, rollouts, and transformation programs

- Manage global payroll operations with focus on statutory compliance, governance, and audit readiness

- Drive multi-country payroll implementations, especially across ANZ/New Zealand regions

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, HR teams, and technical teams for successful delivery

- Handle payroll integrations, data migration, validation, reconciliation, and system stabilization activities

- Lead testing phases including SIT, UAT, parallel runs, and production support

- Identify opportunities for payroll process optimization, automation, and operational improvements

- Develop payroll reporting frameworks, dashboards, and compliance reports

- Support vendor evaluation, solution design, and implementation strategy discussions

- Ensure adherence to payroll timelines, SLA commitments, and quality standards

- Mentor junior consultants and support global delivery teams

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in Payroll, HRIS, HCM, and Workforce Management systems

- Strong hands-on experience with Dayforce Payroll implementations and support

- Expertise in global payroll operations and statutory compliance

- Proven experience in ANZ/New Zealand payroll implementations

- Strong understanding of payroll integrations, interfaces, and middleware systems

- Experience with data migration, payroll reconciliation, and testing methodologies (SIT/UAT)

- Exposure to HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP, ADP, UKG, etc.

- Experience in payroll transformation, process automation, and reporting frameworks

- Strong stakeholder management and consulting experience

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Experience working in global delivery and cross-functional environments

Preferred Qualifications :

- Dayforce certification(s) preferred

- Experience in enterprise transformation programs

- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies

- Exposure to cloud-based HR/payroll platforms
