We are looking for a Frontend-Focused MERN Developer with strong expertise in React.js and modern UI development. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable, high-performance web applications with excellent user experience and clean architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop responsive and dynamic web applications using React.js

- Build reusable components and frontend libraries

- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, scalable code

- Optimize applications for performance and cross-browser compatibility

- Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services

- Implement state management (Redux/Context API/Zustand)

- Write unit and integration tests

- Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, and designers

- Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices

Required Skills :

- 3 - 7 years of experience in full-stack development with strong React expertise

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap, Material UI

- Experience with Redux or other state management libraries

- Familiarity with REST APIs and JWT authentication

- Basic knowledge of Node.js & Express.js

- Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows

Good to Have :

- Experience with Next.js

- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Understanding of accessibility and SEO best practices
