Role Overview:

As a Mendix Developer at Tech Grow Global, you will serve as a technical lead in designing and deploying high-performance applications that streamline complex business processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, business analysts, and key stakeholders to translate intricate requirements into robust, scalable low-code solutions. Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and develop complex enterprise-grade applications using the Mendix platform to meet specific client business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine functional specifications, ensuring that the technical design aligns with long-term business objectives.

- Optimize application performance and scalability by implementing best practices in microflows, domain modeling, and integration patterns.

- Manage the end-to-end application lifecycle, including deployment, testing, and troubleshooting, to ensure high availability and system reliability.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the internal knowledge base to elevate the overall technical proficiency of the engineering team.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining enterprise applications within the Mendix ecosystem, including advanced knowledge of XPath, OQL, and Java actions.

- Proven ability to integrate Mendix applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and OData services.

- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, with a track record of delivering high-quality code within fast-paced, iterative development environments.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate effective team collaboration.

- Capability to work independently in a remote-first environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of code quality and documentation.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 5 - 9 years of hands-on experience in software development.
