Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement the CRM technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.

- Oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce CRM to meet organizational needs.

- Manage Salesforce releases, updates, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting professional development and career growth.

- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management for the CRM team.

- Manage end-to-end Salesforce projects, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery.

- Implement and manage project management methodologies to ensure timely and successful project completion.

- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems, including ERP, marketing automation, and third-party applications.

- Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and addressing any issues or areas for improvement.

- Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.

- Provide advanced technical support for Salesforce-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving complex problems.

- Manage and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.

- Coordinate with Salesforce support and other technical teams to address and resolve issues.

- Develop and manage Salesforce reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.

- Ensure that reports and dashboards meet business needs and provide accurate and actionable information.

- Ensure that Salesforce configurations and customizations comply with organizational policies, industry regulations, and data protection laws.

- Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies for Salesforce development and administration.

- Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance CRM capabilities and support business goals.

Required Knowledge and Experience :

- Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience required.

- Team management experience required.

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II and architect.

- Nice to have Copado certification.

- Salesforce Administrator.

- Knowledge of other CRM platforms and integration tools.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management practices.

- Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
