Executive Summary :

- MediaMint is transforming from a services company into an AI-powered platform company through Mia, our agentic automation platform that powers ad operations, media planning, and campaign management for leading global enterprises.

- As a Head - Client Platform Delivery and Solutions Owner, you will own the end-to-end deployment of Mia within client environments - from solution design and security approvals to integration, go-live, and adoption.

- This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for removing deployment bottlenecks and creating a scalable, repeatable deployment model for some of MediaMint's largest strategic clients.

- Mia is being adopted faster than it can be deployed. The challenge is not the product - it's navigating enterprise security reviews, governance processes, cloud integrations, compliance requirements, and stakeholder alignment.

- Your mission is to turn complex enterprise deployments into a predictable, repeatable motion that accelerates client adoption and business growth.

What You'll Own :

Enterprise Deployment Ownership :

- Own the complete deployment lifecycle from signed contract through production go-live and adoption.

- Serve as the single accountable leader for successful Mia deployments within client environments.

- Build and scale a repeatable deployment framework that reduces risk, improves speed, and drives predictable outcomes.

Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership :

- Design deployment architectures aligned to client security, infrastructure, and operational requirements.

- Define deployment topology, data flows, identity management, integration patterns, and cloud architecture.

- Lead technical discussions with client architecture, infrastructure, and security teams.

Security, Compliance & Governance Clearance :

- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Security, AI Implementation, and Client Success teams.

- Act as the primary bridge between client stakeholders and internal teams.

- Manage executive-level relationships across IT, Security, Procurement, and Operations functions.

Delivery Excellence :

- Establish deployment KPIs including time-to-production, approval cycle time, deployment success rate, and post-launch stability.

- Drive risk management, escalation management, and continuous process improvement across all deployments.

Must-Have :

- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or deployment leadership.

- Proven success deploying enterprise platforms into complex, security-conscious environments.

- Strong experience navigating enterprise security reviews, governance processes, and compliance requirements.

- Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, including AWS, VPCs, IAM, PrivateLink, identity federation, and data residency considerations.

- Experience managing cross-functional programs and influencing executive stakeholders.

Preferred :

- Experience deploying AI, ML, or agentic platforms in enterprise environments.

- Familiarity with SOC 2, AI governance frameworks, and vendor risk management processes.

- Experience in AdTech, MarTech, Media, Publishing, SaaS, or related industries.

- Exposure to agent orchestration platforms and AI infrastructure ecosystems.
