Core Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure back-end services using C#, .NET Core/ASP.NET Core, and related technologies.

- Develop and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs for integration with various internal and external systems.

- Master and enforce SOLID principles, common design patterns and clean coding standards across the codebase.

- Utilize Entity Framework Core (EF Core),LINQ to interact with databases (SQL Server), ensuring efficient data access and optimized queries.

- Collaborate closely with product owners, front-end developers, and QA engineers to translate complex business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

- Contribute to the implementation of Microservices and Event-Driven Architectures using tools like RabbitMQ or Kafka.

- Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests and integration tests to ensure system reliability and stability.

- Work hands-on with Docker for containerization and contribute to the deployment of services using Kubernetes (K8s) in a cloud environment (primarily AWS).

- Maintain and improve our CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.

- Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective logging, tracing, and monitoring solutions.

- Serve as a technical resource, providing guidance and coaching to junior and mid-level developers through pairing, knowledge sharing, and constructive code reviews.

- Stay current with the latest advancements in the .NET ecosystem and related cloud technologies, advocating for and implementing relevant improvements.

Required Technical Skills :

- C# (Advanced), .NET Core / .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core (Web API, MVC)

- Entity Framework Core (EF Core), LINQ, ORMs, experience with database design, stored procedures, and query optimization

- Proficiency with MS SQL Server, NoSQL databases (MongoDB)

- Git and branching strategies, experience with CI/CD tools, Docker (containerization)

- Designing and developing RESTful services, understanding of HTTP protocols, JSON/XML, and asynchronous programming.

- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.) cloud platform.
