B. Position Details :

- Role: Stibo STEP MDM Specialist.

- Experience: 5+ Years.

- Location: India (Remote).

- Shift: Must be willing to work Canada Time Zone.

- Employment Type: 1 Year Contract to start with and extendable as per the project need.

C. Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and support Stibo STEP Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.

- Develop and maintain data models, workflows, business rules, and validations within the STEP platform.

- Configure product, customer, supplier, and reference data domains.

- Integrate Stibo STEP with enterprise applications, ERPs, CRMs, and external systems.

- Support data onboarding, cleansing, enrichment, governance, and synchronization processes.

- Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver MDM solutions.

- Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across enterprise systems.

D. Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Stibo STEP MDM.

- Strong hands-on experience with STEP configuration and customization.

- Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and best practices.

- Knowledge of data modeling, workflows, business rules, and data governance.

- Experience integrating STEP with enterprise applications and APIs.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Must be comfortable working Canada business hours while based in India.

E. Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Product Information Management (PIM).

- Knowledge of Java, XML, SQL, REST APIs, or integration technologies.

- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

- Exposure to cloud-based MDM implementations.
