We are seeking a skilled MDM Engineer with expertise in both SaaS and on-premises Master Data Management solutions.

The ideal candidate will design, implement, and support robust MDM systems, ensuring seamless integration between on-premises and cloud platforms.

The role requires strong knowledge of MDM tools, data modeling, integration, and governance, along with hands-on experience in managing complex data ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

MDM Implementation and Management :

- Design, implement, and support MDM solutions across SaaS and on-premise platforms to maintain a unified view of master data.

- Configure and customize MDM tools to meet business requirements, ensuring compatibility across environments.

- Develop and maintain master data models for various domains such as customers, suppliers, products, and financial data.

SaaS And On-Premise Integration :

- Implement and manage integrations between SaaS MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Reltio) and on-premise systems.

- Develop and manage data pipelines, APIs, and ETL workflows to synchronize data across hybrid environments.

- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Data Governance And Quality :

- Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and security.

- Implement data quality rules and tools to monitor, clean, and validate master data.

- Collaborate with business teams to define and maintain data standards and best practices.

Performance Monitoring And Optimization

- Monitor the performance of MDM systems, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

- Optimize workflows and processes for data ingestion, cleansing, and integration.

- Ensure high availability and reliability of MDM platforms through proactive maintenance and upgrades.

Collaboration And Stakeholder Engagement :

- Partner with data stewards, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver MDM solutions.

- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the value of MDM systems.

- Act as a subject matter expert for MDM technologies, advising stakeholders on best practices and new opportunities.

Compliance And Security :

- Ensure MDM solutions comply with data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.

- Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data within MDM systems.

Documentation And Continuous Improvement :

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of MDM processes, system configurations, and data models.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, ensuring continuous enhancement of MDM capabilities.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging MDM technologies to keep systems modern and efficient.

Qualifications :

Professional Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in MDM implementation and support, with expertise in both SaaS and on-premise platforms.

- Experience with leading MDM tools such as Informatica, Talend, Reltio, or similar platforms.

- Proven track record of integrating MDM solutions with ERP, CRM, and BI tools.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in MDM tools and technologies for both SaaS and on-premise environments.

- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and integration workflows.

- Experience with API-based integrations and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).

- Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
