MDM Administrator - Informatica/

Job Title : MDM Administrator

Experience Level : 5 - 8 Years

Location : Hyderabad (Primary); Bangalore or Remote with willingness to travel to office as needed (Secondary)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MDM Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the administration of Informatica MDM solutions, focusing specifically on MDM/E360 and PIM/P360.

This role is purely administrative; we are not looking for development profiles.

Responsibilities :

- Administer, configure, and maintain Informatica MDM solutions, including MDM/E360 and PIM/P360 environments.

- Perform installation, patching, upgrades, and migrations of Informatica MDM components.

- Monitor the health, performance, and stability of MDM systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

- Manage user access, roles, and security within the Informatica MDM platform.

- Implement and maintain data quality rules, matching algorithms, and data governance policies within the MDM hub.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to MDM data synchronization, data loads, and system performance.

- Collaborate with development teams and business users to understand requirements and provide administrative support for MDM initiatives.

- Perform regular backups and recovery operations for MDM environments.

- Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

- Participate in capacity planning and performance tuning activities to optimize MDM system efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically in the administration of Informatica MDM.

- Must have strong experience with Informatica MDM/E360.

- Must have strong experience with Informatica PIM/P360.

- Proven ability to install, configure, and manage complex Informatica MDM environments.

- Solid understanding of MDM concepts, data governance, and data quality principles.

- Experience with database administration concepts relevant to MDM (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and non-technical audiences.

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter (PC) administration.

- Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) administration
