We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience to play a critical role in the Provider Platform Modernization Assessment.

You will work closely with enterprise architects, solution architects, data architects, and client stakeholders to :

- Build a fact-based understanding of the current Legacy Provider and Provider Plus landscape

- Define the future-state multi-tenant, cloud-native Provider platform

- Identify architectural, technical, and operational gaps

- Create a low-risk, phased migration roadmap and Missouri-ready execution blueprint

This is a high-visibility, client-facing role that requires strong facilitation skills and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, JAD sessions, and working sessions with business, clinical, and technical stakeholders

- Document current-state processes, customizations, data flows, and integrations across Legacy Provider and Provider Plus platforms

- Translate business objectives and pain points into detailed functional & non-functional requirements, user stories, process models, and acceptance criteria

- Facilitate collaboration and consensus between business teams and technical teams (architecture, data, DevSecOps, security)

- Perform gap analysis from both business and technical perspectives

- Contribute to target-state architecture definition with focus on multi-tenancy, cloud readiness, data separation, and operational efficiency

- Support creation of the phased migration roadmap, risk register, remediation themes, and executive decision pack

- Define Definition of Ready and Definition of Done for future implementation milestones

- Prepare high-quality deliverables (current-state views, gap matrix, roadmap, executive presentations)

- Work in a staff-augmentation model under direct client supervision while maintaining strong ownership of BA deliverables

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience :

- 10+ years of hands-on Business Analysis experience

- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale assessments and data-driven modernization initiatives

- Strong track record of facilitating workshops and discussions across business and technical teams

- Excellent ability to translate business needs into technical requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows)

- Deep experience in Agile/Scrum (user stories, backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies)

- Domain exposure to healthcare / payor / Medicaid / claims / provider management systems (highly preferred)

- Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
