About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise / Solution Architect to lead enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives across a complex global application landscape.

The role is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, integrated enterprise solutions spanning ERP, CRM, Master Data Management, Integration Platforms and Digital Technologies.

This is a business-facing architecture role that requires strong stakeholder management, enterprise solutioning, fit-gap analysis and architecture governance capability someone who can connect SAP, Salesforce and other elements of the tech stack, with deep architectural pattern knowledge, database awareness, and the articulation skills to explain design decisions to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business requirements into scalable, integrated enterprise solutions across ERP, CRM, MDM and digital platforms.

- Lead enterprise-level solutioning workshops with business stakeholders.

- Perform architecture assessments and fit-gap analysis across multiple business domains.

- Drive solution architecture decisions and recommend optimal platform ownership and capability alignment.

- Support large-scale Digital Transformation and Enterprise Transformation programs.

- Identify opportunities for platform consolidation and application rationalisation.

- Define future-state architecture roadmaps for enterprise applications and platforms.

- Participate in architecture governance and technology standardisation initiatives.

- Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners and Business Leaders on solution design.

- Challenge assumptions using fact-based architecture recommendations and data-driven decisions.

- Present architecture decisions to executive and business stakeholders in a clear, business-friendly manner.

- Facilitate cross-functional discussions and workshops across business and technology teams.

- Design integrated solutions across ERP, CRM, MDM and enterprise applications.

- Evaluate integration patterns, data ownership and application responsibilities.

- Collaborate with SAP, Salesforce, Integration and Data Architects to define platform-agnostic enterprise solutions.

- Support enterprise architecture maturity and governance practices.

- Partner with business stakeholders to enable and sustain transformation programs.

- Challenge existing approaches when required to achieve better business outcomes.

- Experience with SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Integration Platforms (MuleSoft, SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, Informatica Cloud, IBM Integration Platforms, WebMethods) and Master Data Management.

- Strong stakeholder management and business-facing engagement.

- Ability to explain and justify architecture decisions to business stakeholders.

- Ability to lead solutioning workshops and cross-functional discussions.

- Database awareness and architectural pattern knowledge.

- Fact-based, data-driven decision making.
