- We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Analyst TPM (Trade Promotion Management) to support and enhance SAP solutions related to trade promotions, sales planning, customer promotions, rebate management, and consumer goods processes.

- The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to deliver effective SAP TPM solutions that improve promotional planning, execution, and performance tracking.

- The candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP TPM processes along with experience in configuration, implementation, support, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements related to trade promotions, customer planning, rebates, and sales operations

- Configure and support SAP TPM functionalities and related SAP modules

- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to streamline promotional processes

- Support end-to-end trade promotion lifecycle including planning, budgeting, execution, settlement, and analytics

- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects

- Gather and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications

- Configure promotional planning, claims management, deductions, accruals, and rebate processes

- Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, interfaces, reports, and integrations

- Troubleshoot SAP TPM issues and provide timely resolution for production support incidents

- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process and system improvements

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

- Prepare user manuals, training documentation, and conduct end-user training sessions

- Ensure integration between TPM and SAP SD, MM, BW, Finance, and Supply Chain modules

- Support data management, reporting, and analytics activities related to trade promotions

- Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements

Required Skills :

- Strong functional experience in SAP TPM (Trade Promotion Management)

- Knowledge of trade promotions, rebate processing, deductions, claims, and promotional settlement processes

- Experience with SAP SD integration and consumer goods business processes

- Understanding of sales planning, customer management, and promotional budgeting

- Experience in SAP configuration, support, and enhancement activities

- Ability to prepare functional specifications and process documentation

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

- Knowledge of integration with SAP Finance, BW, and Supply Chain systems

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in cross-functional and fast-paced environments

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP CRM TPM or SAP S/4HANA TPM solutions

- Knowledge of consumer goods industry best practices

- Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as SAP BW or SAC

- Exposure to Agile project methodologies

- SAP certification in relevant SAP modules is an advantage

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field

- SAP certification preferred
