McCormick & Company - SAP Functional Analyst - OTC Module

Description :

- Configure and support SAP OTC processes within SAP SD and related modules

- Support end-to-end order-to-cash cycle including quotation, sales orders, deliveries, billing, pricing, returns, and credit management

- Collaborate with sales, finance, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to optimize operational workflows

- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects

- Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows

- Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams for custom developments, interfaces, and reports

- Troubleshoot SAP OTC-related issues and provide timely resolution for production support incidents

- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities

- Support integration between SAP SD, MM, WM/EWM, FI, and CRM modules

- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

- Prepare user training materials and conduct end-user training sessions

- Support master data management activities related to customers, pricing, and sales data

- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and operational standards

- Monitor system performance and recommend continuous process improvements

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD and OTC processes

- Good understanding of sales order processing, shipping, billing, pricing, returns, and credit management

- Experience with SAP configuration and functional support activities

- Knowledge of integration with SAP FI, MM, WM/EWM, and CRM modules

- Experience in preparing functional documentation and test scenarios

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

- Understanding of order fulfillment and customer service operations

- Ability to manage incidents, enhancements, and change requests

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of EDI, IDocs, and third-party system integrations

- Exposure to automation and workflow optimization tools

- Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments

- SAP certification in SD or related modules preferred
