Description :

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, production teams, and technical teams to analyze business requirements, configure SAP modules, and drive process improvements across manufacturing, production planning, inventory management, and supply chain functions.

The candidate should possess strong functional expertise in SAP Manufacturing processes along with experience in implementation, support, enhancements, and integration projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support SAP Manufacturing-related modules such as SAP PP, MM, QM, PM, and WM/EWM

- Collaborate with production, procurement, supply chain, and quality teams to improve operational efficiency

- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and enhancement projects

- Gather and document functional specifications, business process flows, and user requirements

- Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, interfaces, reports, and integrations

- Support production planning, MRP, BOM management, routing, shop floor execution, and inventory processes

- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution for manufacturing-related SAP incidents

- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process optimization solutions

- Perform system testing, UAT support, and defect management

- Create user training materials and conduct end-user training sessions

- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, quality processes, and business policies

- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP manufacturing processes with finance, warehouse, and procurement systems

- Support data migration, master data management, and reporting activities

- Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements

Required Skills :

- Experience with SAP MM, QM, PM, and manufacturing integration processes

- Good understanding of MRP, BOM, routing, production orders, capacity planning, and shop floor control

- Experience in SAP configuration and functional documentation

- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and supply chain workflows

- Understanding of integration between SAP modules

- Experience in incident management, change requests, and enhancement support

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional environments

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing

- Knowledge of SAP EWM or MES integration

- Exposure to manufacturing analytics and reporting tools

- Experience in Agile or hybrid project methodologies

- SAP certification in PP/MM or related modules is preferred

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or related field

- SAP functional certification is an added advantage
