Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to address complex business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to translate functional needs into high-performing technical specifications. Your daily contributions will directly influence the efficiency of client sales and service operations, ensuring that the platform remains optimized, scalable, and aligned with evolving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components to extend Salesforce functionality for diverse business use cases.

- Configure and customize SFDC Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud modules to streamline lead management, case resolution, and customer support workflows.

- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and internal databases using REST/SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data flow across the enterprise.

- Perform rigorous unit testing and debugging to ensure the stability and performance of custom code and configurations before deployment.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and provide expert guidance on platform capabilities and best practices.

- Optimize existing codebases and configurations to improve system performance, data integrity, and user experience.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Batch classes within the Salesforce environment.

- Proven ability to configure and manage complex SFDC Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud implementations to meet specific organizational goals.

- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective, long-term resolutions in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within a collaborative team.

- A minimum of 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of the platform's architectural limits and best practices.

- Ability to work effectively from our Noida office, demonstrating adaptability to in-person collaboration and team-based problem solving.
