We are looking for the candidate who experience working with internet facing applications, especially with mobile applications on Android and iOS.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work directly with product managers, designers, architects and developers to refine and ship features to our users.

- Lead a team of developers to deliver the product features.

- Architecture, design and development for the backend and the frontend.

- Proactively optimise client and server code to ensure testability, stability and high performance.

- Adapt and iterate quickly based on user feedback and product metrics.

- Be a mentor for the team members, and the quality gatekeeper for all features shipped by your team

Skills :

- In-depth experience with a JavaScript based frontend and backend library (React/Angular, Node.js and TypeScript)

- In-depth experience with data backends like MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB/Cassandra and Redis.

- Experience building out RESTful APIs or Graph QL end-points for high-traffic web applications.

- Hands-on experience in building and shipping products/features written in Type Script/JavaScript.

- Well versed with CSS or a framework like Tailwind, Bootstrap or Foundation.

- Experience in profiling, analysing heap snapshots, digging into reliability metrics and refactoring code into modular chunks.

- Experience monitoring and operating a production level service.

- Youre passionate about working together with a team to solve customer problems.

- You strive to write code that lasts for years, not months with minimum of 10-16 yr

- Must have lead a team of developers for last 15 20 developers

Qualification : BE / B. Tech in any stream is preferred.

Experience : 10 to 16 yrs.

Location : Chennai (Work from Office)
