About the Role:

Srijan, a Material company, is a global digital engineering firm that solves complex technology challenges through deep technical expertise and strategic partnerships. We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst with hands-on experience in software applications, Data Science, AI/ML, and Agentic AI projects. The role involves understanding end-to-end business processes, identifying customer needs, evaluating solution options, and translating business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technical implementation.

Responsibilities:

- Understand end-to-end business lifecycles and identify both stated and unstated customer needs to deliver business value.

- Analyze, validate, refine, and optimize solution options, selecting approaches that best align with customer needs, business benefits, and product objectives.

- Develop well-reasoned recommendations for decision-makers, supported by clear justification and effective stakeholder influencing.

- Understand business domains and industry best practices to identify and propose new features, enhancements, and requirements.

- Translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable documentation for technical implementation.

- Challenge assumptions, investigate unfamiliar problems, and apply practical, flexible thinking to identify effective solutions.

- Communicate clearly and concisely, ensuring documentation is professional, reader-focused, grammatically accurate, and highlights missing or incomplete information.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, actively listen to diverse perspectives, and incorporate relevant expertise into decision-making.

- Support Agile delivery using Scrum practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.

Requirements :

- 7 - 12 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst working with software applications.

- Experience in Data Science, AI/ML, Agentic AI projects, and large-scale enterprise product development.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, wikis, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.

- Ability to evaluate solution alternatives, assess business impact, and recommend options aligned with customer and product objectives.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent requirements gathering, documentation, communication, and influencing skills.

- Ability to understand business domains, identify improvement opportunities, and convert business needs into implementable requirements.
