About the Role :

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects across our AI and product engineering teams.

This role requires strong technical understanding, exceptional project coordination skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward timely, high-quality delivery. You will serve as the bridge between engineering, product, operations, and business teams ensuring projects meet scope, deadlines, and quality expectations while aligning with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Break down business requirements into technical tasks, timelines, and project milestones.

- Coordinate with engineering, product, design, QA, DevOps, and operations teams to ensure timely progress.

- Manage project risks, dependencies, change requests, and escalations with proper documentation.

- Implement Agile/Scrum practiceslead sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.

- Track project performance using KPIs, velocity metrics, and delivery milestones.

- Communicate project updates, challenges, and progress to senior leadership.

- Ensure documentation consistency across JIRA, Confluence, and internal systems.

- Optimize workflows, identify process gaps, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, security guidelines, and integration requirements.

Required Experience :

- 8 to 10 years of total experience, including 4+ years as a Technical Project Manager, Project Lead, or similar role in a technology/product-based company.

- Proven experience managing software engineering, AI/ML, or cloud-based product development projects.

- Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, DevOps processes, and product development lifecycle.

- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage complex project timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
