Role Overview :

As a Senior Consultant for Oracle HCM Payroll, you will lead complex implementation projects, serving as the primary bridge between technical configurations and business requirements. You will work closely with global clients to architect payroll solutions that ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency within their Oracle Cloud environments. Your contributions will directly influence the success of large-scale digital transformations, ensuring that stakeholders receive robust, scalable, and user-centric payroll systems that drive organizational productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll implementation lifecycles, from initial requirement gathering and solution design to final deployment and post-go-live support.

- Configure complex payroll elements, fast formulas, and statutory reporting requirements to meet diverse regional compliance standards for clients.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues between Payroll, Core HR, and Time & Labor modules, ensuring seamless data flow.

- Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to translate business pain points into optimized system configurations and streamlined payroll processes.

- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical guidance on best practices for Oracle Cloud HCM to maintain high-quality delivery standards across the project team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and deploying Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, with a deep understanding of payroll architecture, tax calculations, and year-end processing.

- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, effectively communicating technical solutions to non-technical business leaders.

- Strong analytical mindset to diagnose system bottlenecks and design scalable solutions that improve payroll processing efficiency.

- Ability to thrive in a distributed work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across multiple locations in India.

- Possession of a relevant degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Technology, complemented by 7-16 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM implementations.
