Description :

We are looking for a senior Oracle Finance functional expert to lead solution design, implementation, and support across Oracle Fusion Finance modules. The ideal candidate will act as a functional SME, drive finance transformation initiatives, and partner closely with business and technical teams.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Lead end-to-end functional design for Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses).

- Conduct requirement workshops, prepare design documents, and manage configurations.

- Support testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, production rollout, and quarterly updates.

- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration (FBDI/OTBI).

- Act as a trusted advisor to finance stakeholders and guide junior consultants.

Required Experience :

- 7 - 12 years in Oracle Financials (Fusion mandatory; EBS experience good to have).

- 3+ full-cycle implementations as a lead/principal functional consultant.

- Strong understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C, and accounting processes.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

- Must open for Onsite travel

Good to Have :

- Oracle Cloud Certification

- Experience in global rollouts and multi-currency environments
