Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide expert consultation on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with a focus on UK Payroll.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their payroll requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM solutions to meet client needs.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure successful adoption of Oracle systems.

- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud updates and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud with specific expertise in UK Payroll.

- Experience in HCM systems with a focus on Oracle solutions.

- Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.

- Experience in Fast Formula (hands on).
