- Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly desirable.

Role Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to help design, develop, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high-quality, scalable code that optimizes business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD) to meet business requirements.

- Write, debug, and maintain complex server-side and client-side JavaScript scripts.

- Develop user-friendly interfaces (Service Portal, Now Experience) using HTML/CSS/AngularJS.

- Develop, maintain, and support ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools.

- Manage ServiceNow update sets and migrate code between instances (DEV, TEST, PROD).

- Participate in testing (ATF) and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Key Skills Required :

Technical Skills :

- Scripting (Core) : Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript (specifically GlideScript) for Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.

- Platform Knowledge : Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration (Tables, Dictionary, UI Policies, Workflows, Flow Designer).

- Web Technologies : Familiarity with HTML, CSS, XML, and AJAX.

- Integrations : Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, LDAP, and file-based integrations.

- UI/UX : Experience developing custom Service Portal widgets (AngularJS) and Next Experience UI Builder.

- Database Management : Understanding database schemas, table relationships, and SQL.

Functional/Process Skills :

- ITSM/ITOM Modules : In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, CMDB, and Asset Management.

- ITIL Best Practices : Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks.
