Job Description for MARKETING CLOUD PERSONALIZATION (MCP) Developer :

We are looking for a hands-on Developer specializing in Marketing Cloud personalization (MCP) with experience in Mobile App integrations to develop the implementation of intelligent, data-driven customer engagement solutions. With over 3 years of hands-on experience, the ideal candidate will bring sound technical expertise in real-time decision-making platforms and marketing technologies to drive personalization, automation, and optimized customer experiences across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities :

- Minimum 2 implementations on Marketing Cloud Personalization

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce marketing cloud

- Proficiency in programming languages like AMPscript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Javascript.

- Experience with Marketing Cloud (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), Marketing cloud personalization (MCP).

- Knowledge of marketing automation principles and best practices.

- Understanding of database management and data integration.

- Experience with web development technologies.

- Create data extensions using SQL scripts by analyzing the campaign requirements.

- Provide ROI details to various stake holders.

- Participate in day-to-day business as usual activities, including but not limited to campaign improvements, bug fixes, data analysis and reporting.

Skills/Experience:

- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent. 5-7 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of experience with Real-time decisioning and personalization tools like Marketing Cloud personalization (MCP) or Interaction Studio, CleverTap, etc.

- Strong understanding of customer data models, behavioural analytics, segmentation, and machine learning models.

- Experience with APIs, real-time event processing, and data pipelines.

- Hands-on experience with decision tables.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication.

- Experience developing customer-facing user interfaces with Lightning Web Components.

- Agile delivery experience, Self-motivated and creative, Good communication and interpersonal skills.
