Seeking an experienced marketing analytics professional with strong Tableau expertise to build scalable dashboards and deliver actionable insights for business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop advanced Tableau dashboards for marketing performance and KPIs
- Build interactive, scalable reporting solutions for campaigns and customer lifecycle tracking
- Analyze CRM and marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and business impact
- Combine engagement, conversion, and revenue data for end-to-end performance insights
- Support A/B testing and identify key drivers of marketing performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data pipelines and KPI definitions
- Translate complex data into clear insights, dashboards, and recommendations
Qualifications :
Required :
- 7+ years in marketing analytics or related field
- Advanced Tableau and strong SQL skills
- Experience with CRM and campaign performance data
- Strong data storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred :
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience
- Digital marketing analytics (Google Ads, Meta)
- Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with A/B testing and healthcare metrics (NBRx, TRx)
