About the Role :

We are seeking a MAWM Functional & Configuration Specialist to join our clients global Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) team.

In this role, you will support the configuration, testing, and deployment of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) solutions.

This is a hands-on functional role where you will collaborate closely with global teams, particularly the US team, to execute system configurations, validate workflows, troubleshoot issues, and support successful warehouse system implementations and go-lives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) modules, workflows, and business rules based on operational requirements and guidance from global stakeholders.

- Perform system parameter setup, functional rule configuration, and environment preparation for testing and production deployments.

- Support hostWMS integrations including OMS, TMS, WCS, MHE systems, and carrier APIs by reviewing mappings, executing test transactions, and validating outputs.

- Assist in master data setup including item, location, client, and inventory profiles to support system testing and operational readiness.

- Troubleshoot functional and system-related issues, collaborating with the US/global teams and vendor support when required.

- Maintain configuration documentation, system setup records, and change logs for operational reference and audit purposes.

- Participate in deployment and implementation activities, including configuration migration, system validation, and post-go-live support.

- Attend regular coordination and project status calls with global teams to review priorities, progress, and issue resolution.

Experience & Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in configuration and functional setup of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).

- Strong understanding of warehouse operations within retail, e-commerce, or 3PL environments.

- Experience working with the Manhattan Active API ecosystem and basic ProActive extensibility features.

- Knowledge of WMS integrations with external systems such as OMS, TMS, WCS, automation platforms, and carrier solutions.

- Familiarity with EDI and integration methodologies used in warehouse management implementations.

- Exposure to warehouse automation and MHE/WCS/WES integrations is preferred.

- Experience with Manhattan WMOS (Warehouse Management for Open Systems) will be an added advantage.

- Understanding of multi-client or multi-tenant warehouse configurations within MAWM is a plus.

- Ability to work effectively in a distributed/global team environment with strong communication and collaboration skills.
