Key Responsibilities :

- Drive design workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and gap analysis for SAP Fieldglass implementations.

- Lead functional consultants through configuration, SIT, UAT, Defect Triage, Cutover, and Go-Live support.

- Demonstrate expertise in Contingent Workforce Management, SOW/Services Procurement, and Worker Profile Management.

- Provide advisory on external workforce and services procurement transformation to address vendor management and compliance pain points.

- Support business development and solutioning for new opportunities.

- Develop thought leadership, assets, and accelerators for SAP Fieldglass and Vendor Management Systems.

Technical Skills :

- Hands-on configuration experience in SAP Fieldglass (Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement, Assignment Management).

- Define integration strategy between SAP Fieldglass and SAP S/4HANA/ECC or CPI/Integration Suite.

- Experience in SAP Ariba or SAP MM integration.

Requirements :

- 10-15 years of post-qualification experience in SAP Fieldglass implementations.

- Minimum 2 end-to-end project implementations.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA/Master's in Supply Chain Management preferred.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.

- Ability to travel on short notice.
