We are looking for a strategic leader to spearhead our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Transformation. This is not just a maintenance role; you will be the primary architect of change, evaluating our legacy landscape and defining a high-performance, future-ready PLM roadmap. You will bridge the gap between engineering excellence and digital enterprise strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

- Strategic Assessment : Conduct deep-dive audits of current-state PLM processes to identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for modernization.

- Roadmap Development : Design the "To-Be" PLM architecture, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.

- Solution Orchestration : Translate complex business requirements into technical functional specs, ensuring the solution architecture supports the entire product lifecycle.

- Cross-Functional Integration : Oversee the synergy between PLM systems, CAD tools, and downstream ERP/Manufacturing systems.

- Change Management : Lead UAT, validation protocols, and organizational change initiatives to ensure high user adoption across global teams.

- Stakeholder Leadership : Act as the key liaison between Business Units, IT, and external vendors to drive consensus on transformation milestones.

Experience & Requirements :

- PLM Mastery : 10+ years of experience with a heavy focus on PLM implementation or transformation (specifically PTC FlexPLM, Windchill, or similar).

- Digital Thread Awareness : Exposure to ThingWorx (IoT) and how it integrates with PLM to drive a closed-loop engineering cycle.

- Engineering Context : Solid understanding of CAD tool integration (Creo, SolidWorks, etc.) within a PLM environment.

- Process Transformation : Proven track record of moving organizations from siloed data to integrated PLM workflows.

- Leadership : Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence VP-level stakeholders and manage diverse technical teams.

Mandatory Skill Set :

- Systems : FlexPLM, Windchill, ThingWorx

- Process : Business Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, Solution Design

- Technical : CAD Integration, Data Migration Strategy

- Soft Skills : Stakeholder Management, Change Management (ADKAR or similar)
