Key Responsibilities :

1. Project & Implementation Management :

- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering through production rollout.

- Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and resource allocation.

- Prepare Statements of Work (SoW), project plans, implementation schedules, and change requests.

- Drive successful project execution while ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

- Coordinate with internal technical, product, and support teams for seamless delivery.

2. Requirement Analysis & Solution Design :

- Conduct business process analysis and requirement gathering workshops.

- Analyze functional and technical requirements.

- Map business processes to ERP functionalities.

- Design implementation strategies.

- Develop client-specific solution prototypes where required.

3. Technical Implementation :

- Configure and implement enterprise ERP solutions.

- Perform system setup, configuration, and deployment activities.

- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation.

- Perform data mapping between legacy and ERP systems.

- Ensure solution readiness before production deployment.

4. Production Support & Troubleshooting :

- Troubleshoot implementation and production issues.

- Identify root causes and provide technical solutions.

- Support post-go-live stabilization.

- Resolve customer queries with minimal business disruption.

5. Team Leadership :

- Lead implementation teams across multiple projects.

- Monitor team performance and project progress.

- Mentor technical consultants and implementation engineers.

- Coordinate activities across technical and functional teams.

Education :
