Job Title : HMI Developer Automotive Domain (QNX)

Job Summary :


We are looking for a highly skilled HMI Developer experience in the automotive domain to design and develop next-generation user interfaces for domain controller products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in QNX and Adaptive AUTOSAR, or Classic AutoSAR along with hands-on experience using advanced UI/UX toolchains like Qt, Kanzi, and Unreal Engine.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design and implement HMI applications for Instrument clusters/infotainment/IVI of automotive domain controllers on QNX platforms.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to bring wireframes and visual concepts to life using tools like Qt, Kanzi, and Unreal Engine.

- Integrate HMI layers with middleware and Adaptive AUTOSAR stacks.

- Optimize 3D graphics, animations, and overall performance of the HMI for smooth rendering and responsiveness for embedded systems with real-time constraints

- Ensure compliance with automotive safety and quality standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE).

- Conduct debugging, unit testing, and validation of HMI features across various hardware platforms and scenarios.

- Create clear and concise documentation for design, architecture, and workflows.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including system architects, platform developers, and QA engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.

- Proficiency in C++, Qt/QML, and other tool chains like Kanzi

- Strong experience with QNX Neutrino RTOS, Linux etc.

- Familiarity with Adaptive or Classic AUTOSAR architecture and integration.

- Experience with UI/UX tools such as Qt, Kanzi, and Unreal Engine.

- Understanding of embedded systems, real-time OS and performance optimization.

- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).

- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and Agile development.

Preferred Qualifications :


- Exposure to graphics rendering techniques, animations, 3D graphics principles and GPU optimization.

- Familiarity with SoCs from Qualcomm, Renesas, or NXP.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (ISO/SAE 21434).

REQUIREMENT :

Programming - C, C++, OpenGL

HMI Tools : Kanzi, Unreal Engine, Unity.

Skilled in 3D graphics development.
