Job Description :

The Manager, CRM Platforms & Salesforce Delivery will lead the delivery of Salesforce CRM platforms and global development teams, driving end-to-end implementation and owning Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, integrations, release management, and platform governance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Salesforce CRM platform delivery and global development teams.

- Drive end-to-end implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (PRM), and Data Cloud.

- Own Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, integrations, release management, and platform governance.

- Partner with global business stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

- Mentor and manage CRM developers, administrators, analysts, and support teams.

- Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, integrations, security, and enterprise

architecture.

- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Architect) are highly preferred.
