Job Title : Manager - Algorithm Engineering

Location : Chennai (Relocation Required - Assistance Provided)

Experience : 8-16 Years

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of algorithm engineers

- Architect and maintain infrastructure for scalable algorithm deployment

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, software, product) to deliver robust solutions

- Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and business outcomes

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in algorithm infrastructure and apply them

- Drive continuous process improvements and adoption of modern tools

Mandatory Requirements :

Educational Background (any one) :

- Ph.D. + minimum 6 years of industry experience

- M.Tech + minimum 8 years

- B.Tech + minimum 10 years

Leadership :

- Minimum 3 years experience as a Manager (Lead-only roles won't qualify)

Technical Expertise :

- 8+ years in programming: Python, C++, and/or CUDA

- 8+ years in AI/ML/DL algorithm development

- 2-3 years in Image Processing and Computer Vision

- Familiarity with High Performance Computing (HPC), parallel programming, and distributed systems

Industry Background :

- Must have worked in a Product-based company

- Candidates from Tier-1 engineering institutes (IITs, NITs, IIITs, VIT) preferred

- Strong job stability - minimum 2 years per organization

- Current company must not be HCL (No-poach policy)

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

- Knowledge of GPU architecture, Docker, Apptainer

- Exposure to semiconductor or hardware product companies

- CGPA of 8+ in academics is a plus
