Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage IT systems that support manufacturing operations, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and other plant-specific software.

- Ensure the integration of IT systems with manufacturing equipment and machinery to optimize production workflows and ensure system reliability.

- Provide technical support to manufacturing teams and resolve system-related issues quickly to minimize downtime.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues affecting the manufacturing operations.

- Identify and implement IT solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

- Collaborate with production teams to analyze operational data and implement changes based on insights gathered from IT systems.

- Oversee the collection and analysis of data from manufacturing systems to generate real-time reports, dashboards,

and performance metrics.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems, maintaining clear records for decision-making and compliance.

- Lead IT-related projects in the manufacturing department, including system upgrades, new implementations, and

process optimization initiatives.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects on time and within budget.

- Work closely with the operations, engineering, and production teams to understand their needs and deliver IT solutions that align with business goals.

- Provide training and support to plant employees on IT systems, ensuring that they are proficient in utilizing the tools available to them.

- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in IT and manufacturing technologies to continuously improve the systems in place.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential value to the manufacturing process.
