Malabar Group - ERP Head

Key Responsibilities :

- Own and drive the ERP vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives

- Lead Dynamics 365 implementation, migration, and upgrades (Finance, SCM, Retail, CRM, HR, etc.)

- Act as the primary businessIT bridge, ensuring ERP solutions meet functional requirements

- Manage ERP program governance, timelines, budgets, and risk management

- Oversee process re-engineering and standardization across departments

- Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems (POS, E?commerce, WMS, BI, legacy apps)

- Lead and mentor internal ERP functional and technical teams

- Manage SI partners, vendors, and Microsoft partners

- Establish best practices for data integrity, security, compliance, and audit readiness

- Drive user adoption, training, and change management

- Provide continuous improvement through analytics, automation, and performance optimization

- Ensure ERP scalability to support multi-location, multi-country operations

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations / Business Central / CRM)

- Deep understanding of Retail, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Inventory processes

- Experience in large-scale ERP transformations and enterprise rollouts

- Strong program & stakeholder management skills

- Exposure to Azure, Power Platform, Power BI, integrations, APIs

- Knowledge of ERP security, compliance, and data governance

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
