We're looking for a UX Designer / Product Designer who can combine systems thinking, strong product intuition, visual craft, and emerging AI-first design practices to build thoughtful user experiences at scale. What you'll be doing :

- Collaborate closely with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, AI teams, and business stakeholders to build and scale travel experiences across platforms.

- Drive end-to-end UX thinking across discovery, booking, post-booking, loyalty, fintech, AI, and personalization journeys.

- Translate business goals, user insights, analytics, and product requirements into intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences.

- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity interfaces to communicate design intent clearly.

- Work on AI-first and AI-assisted product experiences including conversational interfaces, recommendation systems, personalization, copilots, smart nudges, and intelligent workflows.

- Use AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, design exploration, prototyping, UX writing, documentation, and iteration.

- Contribute to rapid experimentation and early-stage problem framing using AI-enabled workflows and design methodologies.

- Ensure quality and consistency of design deliverables across platforms while leveraging the Cosmos Design System.

- Conduct regular design QA/UATs with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation and identify experience gaps.

- Partner with analytics, product, and engineering teams to monitor live experiences, identify opportunities, and continuously improve user journeys.

- Take ownership of projects end-to-end and proactively drive alignment across stakeholders.

- Contribute to internal design culture through critiques, workshops, knowledge sharing, and design forums.

- Explore emerging technologies and trends including Gen AI, automation, motion, AR/VR, and intelligent interfaces to shape future-facing travel experiences.

What you'll bring to the team :

- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, systems thinking, and visual design.

- Experience designing products across mobile, web, responsive, and platform ecosystems.

- Strong product thinking with the ability to connect user needs, business goals, and measurable outcomes.

- Understanding of modern AI-driven product experiences and how AI is reshaping user behavior, workflows, interfaces, and product ecosystems.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows, rapid prototyping tools, design automation, and emerging creative technologies.

- Ability to identify gaps in product requirements, strengthen problem framing, and translate ambiguity into actionable UX solutions.

- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly across stakeholders.

- Ability to balance speed, experimentation, execution quality, and scalability in fast-moving product environments.

- Comfort working cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, business, and research teams.

- A proactive mindset with strong ownership, curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to continuously learn.

- Attention to detail with strong visual craft, interaction quality, and usability thinking.

Tools & Skills :

- Expertise in Figma and modern design/prototyping workflows.

- Familiarity with design systems, component-driven design, and scalable UX frameworks.

- Working knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, prototyping and interaction tools.

- Exposure to AI-powered creative, research, productivity, and prototyping tools is a strong plus.

- Understanding of user research methods, usability testing, experimentation and design validation.

- Familiarity with analytics-driven design improvements and iterative product optimization.

- Awareness of accessibility, inclusive design, and responsive design principles.

Bonus if you have :

- Experience designing AI-native or conversational experiences.

- Experience working on large-scale consumer products.

- Ability to prototype ideas quickly and validate concepts rapidly.
